Using this site
These terms apply when you use this site, together with our Disclaimer. The site is free to use. We may change or remove content, or the site itself, for example to keep information up to date, fix problems or reflect changes in the law.
What we do
We’re an online directory of vegan shops. We don’t sell anything ourselves. Any purchase you make is between you and the shop, and the shop’s own terms apply. We earn a commission from many of the shops we link to (links marked with an *). See our Disclaimer for details.
Accuracy
We try to keep information accurate, but products, ingredients and prices do change, and we can sometimes make mistakes. Always check with the shop and read the product label, especially if you have an allergy or intolerance. We don’t provide allergen information. Nothing on this site is medical, nutritional, veterinary or other professional advice.
Links to other websites
The shops we list are separate businesses. Each one is responsible for its own website, products and service.
Content on this site
Some text, images and logos on this site are our own. Others are supplied by the shops and brands we list, or through their affiliate programmes, and are shown to help you find those shops. Shop names, logos and product images remain the property of their respective owners. Please don’t copy content from this site for commercial use.
If you own content on this site and want it removed or credited, email hello@vegan-supermarket.uk and we’ll deal with it promptly.
Our responsibility to you
Any purchase is between you and the shop. We aren’t responsible for problems caused by a shop you buy from, such as a faulty product or a late delivery. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
Privacy and cookies
See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Preferences.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts, and you keep any legal protections your local law gives you.
Changes
We may update these terms, for example if the law or the way the site works changes. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
